Much too light weight especially the base unit which lifts each time you lift the kettle. Also the electrical lead keeps falling out of its clipped hole in the base making the base unstable.

Light and although not the fastest boils water quickly. Took several rinses to make palatable. Has an element rather than a flat bottom so lower maintenance.

This kettle felt really light and cheap.
This broke within two weeks and I still haven’t sorted out a refund. The refund process is a pain as Amazon links you to the manufacturer but that link doesn’t work so I had to call a couple of numbers to get the right contact. Then I was supposed to send a video of it not working. Still need to do that…

This does what it needs to BUT the plastic mesh filter is absolutely useless – boiled water dribbles out as you pour! Pours much better without it in place.
