Replace old microwave that caught fire!

I bought this for use on a boat so I wanted it light, low power consumption and small. The weight is 9.2kg not 7.2 (fine for me), the size is as advertised. The 700w power rating must relate to the microwave power generated not the power comsumption – there is a sticker on the outside which says 1100w – I measured the steady power consumption on full power at about 1150w and peak power 1238w – this was also fine for me. Otherwise it works well as a microwave and is great value I would say.

What a mess the inside of the box looked like a bomb had hit it polystyrene protection split in 6 or 7 places Plastic cover split in two.
When I Did get it out of the box O my god??,
What a mess the front control panel was hanging off the door wouldn’t close and finally it wouldn’t work, never ever will I buy this make again it looked like something you put in a dolls house although I may be being unfair on the dolls house microwave.
I returned it one hour after I got it, it didn’t give me the option of money going into my Amazon account it only gave me the option of paying it into my account I paid it with so I have to wait a week and half to get that money back if you’re thinking of buying one don’t.
That same day I went back to Amazon and bought a Russell Hobbs same price and my god you could tell the quality was 100% better it was delivered the next day in quality packaging as you would expect I tested it thoroughly and I’m pleased to say it was excellent.
I have been shopping with Amazon for a long time but this is the first time I have made a review like this.
