Easy to use toaster, can pull up mid way to check. The kettle is light ,not too heavy. The toaster is able to take thicker items.

I’ve had this for several months now and although I really do like it, it’s very expensive. I luv the style and it matches other items in my kitchen, which was why I went with this style. It looks nice but it has quite a plastic feel to it. The little black ball in the water gauge of the kettle got stuck in the top, the very first use and has remained there ever since. It’s quite difficult to see what the water level is at, as I find it’s quite dark. There’s often little black deposits in the bottom of the kettle, so I rinse the kettle out before every use.
The toaster only toasts on the right hand side. It will toast on both sides only when you need to use both sides, otherwise, you can only use that one side. Very odd. My toaster has jammed slightly at one side so it’s very difficult to get the toast out. I’ve had to resort buying tongs to avoid burning my fingers every time!
So many negatives and issues for products that are so expensive! I expected better, not just for the price but from the brand!
