I bought this phone as my secondary phone. Been waiting for Virgin Media to install my new 1gb broadband and there have been some delays in the pre-install, long story short they offered me a 200gb mobile broadband deal (free) while I wait, the VM dongle is an alcatel and only seems to connect at 2.34 g while it is supposed to connect at 5g, my old phone Blackview using EE connects at 4g maximum, but mostly ultra slow on 2.34g. This motorolla, connects at 5g, and has really made the mobile broadband more practical.

:Am not really using it as a phone, but some things I have noticed that irritate me about this phone, O2 keeps reinstalling apps for games I don’t want and have repeatedly deleted, not sure if this is the phojne or O2. Also when I switch it on and swipe to enter security it sometimes requires me to swipe 20 times before I can access the unlock screen. The graphics seems good, but there is currently a pixalated blue screen, this could be because I have not bothered setting up the phone and am just using it for Hotspot tethering for my laptop, who knows.
The phone is slim, light and seems to have a nice camera location, also the USB cable is nice and firmly in place.
The biggest con for me is the on and off button is very thing so it is quite difficult to switch it on or off. Also when I was putting the SIM in for the first time it was quite difficult to remove the sim tray, (special technique), have to be careful when you put the sim in as it does not always recognise the sim immediately, I had to reinsert it.

Really happy with the phone, it was really easy to set up and to transfer data. This phone was an upgrade from the Motorola E7. But please be aware when buying this phone (or possibly any phone) from Amazon, the 3 pin plug supplied with this phone will not fit UK plug sockets!! Luckily I had a previous adapter, so I could charge my new phone. I complained to Amazon, who issued me with a £20 refund.

The phone is great however you are unable to use the 4G call and Wifi call function. If you do you will not know who is calling it will just show caller unknown even if the number is in your phone book. Once is function is turned off the caller ID is shown. Motorola have not been able to resolve this issue.

Bought because my Moto G10 developed an issue and the battery on my much loved Moto G7 Plus is showing its’ age. all in all very happy. It is really very much the successor to the Moto G10 but faster and can connect to 5g networks.
I dislike that Finger print reader has been moved to the power button but it works well.
It is very close in size and layout to the G10 but slightly thinner and much lighter.
As with all Moto phones the Android installation is nice and clean with a minimum of bloatware I haven’t tried the camera yet
Very very fast on 5G when it can be found also faster than expected vdownloads ths on 4G and 4G+
Note this is not a dual SIM phone although description says it is
