    Big disappointment.
I bought this as replacement cause my Moto G32 screen damaged accidentally.
Who said LCD displays compared with AMOLED are not that good.
Moto G32 has an excellent bright LCD screen with rich colours and here is the difference.
All over screen is bright white from edge to edge with no shades or chromatic tints effects. But Moto G73 is not that bright, screen covered with brownie tint and at the bottom is more dark brown than the rest of the screen. It’s obvious because of this colours are poor and that has confirmed when I read reviews from professional. I should have listen the reviews and took this phone out of my list.
I had almost all G series through out the years and have mixed feelings.
Moto are great phones but some models failure from poor screen performance like screen covered from brown or green tint. Moto G73 not exclude.
Can’t explained why Moto G32 has an excellent screen although is cheaper than Moto G73 but they have the same specifications screens.
That was the last time bought Moto. Not even think to buy the upper series models “Edge”, cause they have curved screen and personaly found them unusable.
For those who believe G73 has a good display, might change their mind if they take a closer look to Moto G32.

Very pleased with moto phones ( my second this century ;-)). Just forget night photos but everything else is top notch, comparitively speaking, when concidering the cost of this phone. Phone speed (CPU), display, battery, daylight photos, gesture features etc, etc.. would purchase again. The only thing (niggle) is after dropping there is something loose inside that rattles about now and again – my fault for dropping!

The phone was easy to set up and using the included USB, I was able to copy information directly from my old phone.
The screen was perfect for my regular usage of text, the odd but of social media and YT/movies.
With regards to the camera, at times it’s slow to respond and doesn’t zoom anywhere near as good as the higher priced well known phones. It’s adequate for video calls and a snapshot but the quality issue is more apparent when printing out photos.
The touch screen was good but with the phone I received, it was a bit unresponsive in a couple spots. (I think that the one sent to me was previously owned as the box showed signs of being opened.)
The fingerprint reader was easy to set up and only occasionally took multiple tries to unlock due to the phone case I use to oroithe phone.
Ah, before I forget, place the phone into your case BEFORE you put on a screen protector. I did it after and the case pulled up one corner of the protector necessitating the application of a new protector.
The battery is a bit harder to rate, as mentioned earlier, I suspect I was sent a used phone and required charging up more than once in the day. I did remove loads of the pre-installed apps and disabled loads more so the battery draining quickly wasn’t due to that. Also the location was turned off so that’s off the list of a possible cause. Using the provided cable and a fast rate of charge plug means that it’s not long to get back up to 100%.
I do like the feature of setting up a profile/family space where you can limit what apps/features are available when you let someone else use the phone, be it a child or someone else.
I quite like the amble storage space and the option to extend it via the second spot on the SIM tray. Or you could use the second spot to receive work calls or pop in a local SIM card if you’re travelling about.

I bought this for my wife. Phone was delivered as promised at a great price. It is fast with great responses and has fantastic 256Gb storage so I don’t need an sd card. It also has a 3.5mm jack which is essential to connect to more than one legacy device. Fingerprint reader is not the best, but everything else is great. I’m going to buy one for me to replace an ageing Sony Xperia 10.

Was a little bit concerned when I bought this phone as I have always had top of the range phones. After using this phone for nearly two months I am glad I kept hold of the extra money as the photos are ok, all the apps work ok and basically it does everything that I need.
The battery is good and charges really quickly.
It comes with a silicon cover, so you don’t need to worry about making sure you have a cover ready for when it arrives.
My only gripe is the only ringtone that is loud enough for me in work is the standard “hello Moto” one.

So upgraded from Motorola g6 to g73 mainly due to lack of memory, camera and Bluetooth (didn’t work in my car). This phone solved all 3 issues. Easy to set up did a phone phone connection transferred all apps etc easy, only issue was bank apps which one needed a phone call. Really impressed with all functions. Camera is sharp, processor speed great and fingerprint (I use thumb) works superb, Basically if you’re used to a basic phone this is a great budget phone. Would definitely recommend an upgrade.

I bought this as a replacement for my Asus Zenfone 3 which I was very happy with, until the battery started to need charging twice a day. I like the later Asus models, but they’re too pricy for me. I couldn’t find anything comparably small, so checked out the Motorola range, most of which are a bit larger. This one covers all the bases and is a hefty upgrade over my last phone, for a very reasonable price. Photos are crisp and vivid, plenty of RAM and storage, and twin SIM slots, one of which can be used for a memory expansion card. That’s about all I need. Android 13 is way fancier than 8 (I think it was) that I upgraded from, and everything is slick and fast. Note: some tech specs websites say it has no gyroscope, some say it does. As far as I can tell, it doesn’t, though I haven’t noticed any downside to this.
