Product leaks, and sometimes seems to have a mind of its own. Owned several nespresso machines in the past with no issues, first time buying a refurbished one. Wouldn’t buy a refurbed one again for sure, spend more and get a brand new one.

Bought to replace my previous similar design machine which, after many years was failing to produce hot enough coffee. I prefer this smaller machine, it’s much neater and more contemporary.
There was a slight issue with delivery direct from the seller in the EU, but they were responsive and dealt with resolving. So, that = one happy customer.

I had to cancel my order for a DELONGHI Nespresso Essenza Coffee machine as I realised that the machine would not fulfil my expectations as I’d hope. I made the cancellation very quickly once I realised my mistake and have to give top marks to Sotel Electronics, the company that was dealing with my order. Customer services were extremely efficient not only in cancelling the order but also in reimbursing what I had paid for the machine. That’s why I give this sellar 5 stars even though I didn’t receive what I’d initially ordered!
