I have mixed feelings regarding the product so far.
Positives:
– It does pick up the dust and hair really well if you use the right mode,
– The non-tangling brushes are really good, and Ive not had to take the brush roller out to untangle anything so far
– Run time, whilst quite short, for me has been sufficient to clean 2 floors in my house. Bottom floor being all hard floors and top being all carpet.
Now the disadvantages and the main reasons for the score:
– Lack of additional attachments. The included roller brush does it’s job, and is really good, but its a shame there isnt anything smaller that would allow for upholstery or stair cleaning. I understand that there will be attachments to buy later down the line, but for such a price, some attachments would be great.
– Feels very flimsy. The rod is very loose when connected to the main unit. I originally thought it is an issue with the vacuum I had, so I claimed. Shark did offer me a replacement, and the customer service experience was really good, however the replacement has exactly the same issue. I’m tempted to get a refund as even though it has a long warranty it just feels like it will break.

This is a premium product made by Shark
the special thing about this is the self cleaning system which works well seamlessly every time
this comes in a hefty box and takes a little assembly
instructions are minimal but sufficient for you to set it up
it feel a bit flexible at the joint though – which connects the main part together
it’s fairly easy to hold and to move around – it’s a bit top heavy but comfortable to hold and glides nicely
the head articulates and can reach under sofas and other tricky parts
it is quite powerful and has variable speed
it doesn’t have a bag – but has a cylinder which fills up fairly quickly – but more than enough for vacuuming a house – then when you’re done you simply slot it in the stand and the stand part sucks up all the dirt in the cylinder and moves all the dirt to a removable box/bin which is part of the stand.
the stand requires a power supply and charges the cleaner.
overall it works excellently without any issues.
battery life is good but you won’t ever run out as it racks onto the stand which charges it
my only gripe is the fact that the stand is bulky and large and takes up a lot of space – so storage can be a problem.
it’s quite expensive but for effortless wire free cleaning I haven’t used one as good as this.

Brilliant so far. Does exactly what it says in the TV advert. I bought the car cleaning kit and immediately sent it back. IT DOES NOT FIT. It apperently fits all shark vacuum cleaners. Not this one. Apart from that I am very happy with it (so far).
