Swapping info between phones was easy as long as you have a Google account,
I have not used the face recognition
The finger print recognition was a bit drawn out and it’s not the best as the phone does not recognise all the time.
I brought 2 one for the wife and one for myself as the price @ £180 each they were £100 each cheaper than other retailers were selling the same phone.

Phone comes in a retail box, but like most modern phones doesn’t include a charger, just a USB charging lead. This has to be applauded as most people won’t need yet another charger plug. Phone very easy to setup and transfer content from previous phone (using Samsung Smart Switch app). Hanset can take two SIMs, as well as an SD card, so great for those who want one device, but two numbers (e.g. personal & business). I’ve now bought two of these and both have been faultless.

The fingerprint reader and facial recognition are much better than my previous (A50) phone. Transferring my apps was a breeze. The only problem lies with the apps themselves that, in some cases, have been updated and are not as user-friendly as their earlier versions.
I heartily recommend the Samsung A23 5G.
