Brilliant replacement TV, was not sure if there would be much id a difference between the crystal uhd and the qled but let’s just say I was more than impressed. Did not have the uhd very long before it developed a fault. However Samsung customer care was fantastic, I got a full refund and decided to upgrade to the qled. Great price, fantastic picture and sound quality…. So far so good 👍

WOW, it’s been a few years since my last Samsung TV, This is the best picture I’ve ever seen, colours are so vibrant, sound is very distinctive, voices that are normally too low for my ears, are now perfectly clear, due no doubt, to the updated sound system. The remote is small, some might find it easy to misplace, so they’ve added an old school battery remote as well. Alexa was easy to pair, whether cable, BD,gaming or USB you will be amazed at the quality. I’m just blown away. I highly recommend this tv (65”) it ups the bar for this type of TV. Get one you won’t regret it.

If you are looking for a good TV with decent price, this is one of the option to consider. While I understand it is an entry level model, but in my experience it is a very good product and I don’t feel I am missing out on any feature. Adding a soundbar is recommended though, for perfect cinematic experience.

Really like this telly. Good picture, good sound, only comes with one (solar) remote (usb chargeable as backup) which I like, but others may find hard to adapt to, as all the functionality is on screen.
Lightweight, so fitted easily onto my existing wall mount which is rated for an old 42in (heavier) TV.
So far hasn’t suffered from the well publicised sound issue on turning on.

Moved to Samsung from LG. This TV is great. Slim, nice sound, great colours, perfect image. I use a Samsung smart 4k player on mine. Love it! Goodbye LG!

I have had several Samsung TVs and they have been my “go to” due to the quality. So when this one was delivered I had high expectations which unfortunately were way off the mark. First thing I would say is it has a really good picture as you would expect, but everything else belongs in a skip. It constantly struggles to connect to my Sky box and sound bar, telling me to switch them on when they are already on. Then it asks me to set them up again, which gets tiresome very quickly when you are doing it several times a week. The interface is simply not fit for purpose, sorry Samsung but this TV is a complete dud.
