No back bracket was sent so the stand couldn’t be mounted to the monitor. Makes it effectively useless.
As an update – the company quickly got back in touch and agreed a resettlement. The customer service was good.

The picture quality is very good. Unfortunately the speakers are not very loud. You can plug in speakers but they do not work. If you examine the audio socket you find out it is an Audio In socket. (You can input sound to it and it comes out the monitor speakers.) The webpage description described it is as an output socket. I sent it back.
