I love my new coffee machine, I think it is one of the most expensive devices in our kitchen but it worth the price. It is well build, easy to use, easy to clean, and makes lovely coffee, not sure why I haven’t bought one for so many years. It is still early days so I cannot comment on the longevity of the product but time will tell.

it is leaking, it is quite difficult to use…
machine is soooo loud that wakes up our baby… there is no alert that there is no coffee beans in…. water tank is small and you need to keep it almost full and filter dies so quickly. we truly regret that we bought it. nightmare No option of only hot milk! too expensive for basic functions. Milk container is for 1 latter only. Even when you leave cup so water after cleaning goes to cup. However there is water around and in the container with hot coffee. No idea why. Everything is wet. There is no place for grinded coffee Instruction is poor. Machine turns off automatically very quickly and you cannot stop it and it wastes water as cleans it again and again. Disapointing. Wasting of our money. Better to bin it.

This is a great option for your bean to cup coffee/latte/cappuccino/espresso maker. Lots of ways to configure the machine for the size and strength of coffee you want. Easy for your cappuccino. Easily makes two coffee/espresso/americanos side by side. 5 types coffee plus hot water for tea. If you run out of water in the middle, it tells you, you fill up, and it finishes your option. Great machine, and now I’m drinking even more coffee. I love it.

Love everything about this machine the only downside is that i wish i had bought the more expensive model so i could have more options. apart from that its keeping my 3-4 cup a day addiction well satisfied.

I love coffee and over the years have had many machines but this is my first fully automatic Bean to cup….
Firstly this came extremely well packaged, unboxing took a matter of minutes and putting it together was relatively straight forward (although the instructions aren’t that great).
On first switching it on the machine goes through an initial cleaning cycle so have a bowl or jug to hand to catch the water.
Making the coffee is easy – fill the hopper with beans or pre-ground in the front compartment select your type of drink, strength if using beans and volume of liquid then press the start button. The machine will then go through its various stages and out comes a great cup of coffee. Once your done and switch the machine off it will go through a quick cleaning cycle before shutting down. Either have a container below the water dispenser or let it run in to the drip tray.
Overal a relatively easy to use coffee machine that makes excellent coffee. The only minor letdown is there’s no ‘hot milk’ only option.
Worth the price and in my opinion better than the pod coffee machines which I’ve had several different brands of.
