Had this product delivered by Hughes electrical and it did not work at all Immediately produces a code saying the microwave does not work. Worst of all Hughes Electrical require you to pay the postage to return this faulty product. Would advice not to buy particualrly from Hughes Electrical who must send out faulty Products on the hope that returning it is such a problem people give up

This is a highly versatile combi-microwave that can do almost anything you like, providing you can work out how to do it. A few functions are self-explanatory, but to do anything advanced you need to follow the manual step by step. Partly this is because this unit has a push-button control panel, whereby you have to press the same button multiple times, and often multiple buttons to get the right heating, time and power. Using a dial to set time and temperature would have been far simpler and more intuitive. Still getting to know the device but can’t help thinking Panasonic missed a trick here.

i like the larger capacity as we can cook roast potatoes, without the fuss of putting the main oven on it has everything you need to cook,bake and grill so easy to use great product.

I bought this model after reading the very favourable Which? report on Best Buy microwaves. Which awarded the oven 81% as the highest scoring one on test. I managed to pay £167.99 as quoted by Which, through Amazon Marketplace. Unfortunately it’s now gone up to £209. Having chosen a multi purpose oven: Convection/Grill/Microwave I found for the first time in my life actually using the Convection and grill facilities as it is an easy to use appliance. I am fully in agreement with Which? about this being a first class oven which is fast, 1000W, easy to use and cooks beautifully. I normally don’t hold much with Amazon reviews as there are so many fake ones so I relied on Which? and you can always refer to them to confirm that this is a genuine review. Well pleased. Shame about the price hike for other buyers.

I was a bit apprehensive about using the convection oven as I’ve never used one before that was part of a microwave. But I’m very impressed with it. My jacket potatoes are fabulous as is a lot of other food I’ve cooked in it. It cooks evenly and much quicker than my conventional oven. It takes a bit of getting used to but definitely worth the effort. Not only does it cook quicker than my conventional oven but I can also get better results and at a lower heat, there’s no uneven cooking with one side overdone whilst the other side is just about cooked. I rarely use my conventional oven at all now and I’ll be saving money as well.
