Make a great coffee, diwnside you have to buy the capsuls from Nespresso at a price.

The media could not be loaded.
Doesn’t work. Light just turns red. I’ve looked at every YouTube video to try get it to work, I’ve done everything. Nothing works. It doesn’t work 😤😤

I already have one of these but wanted to buy one for work. This machine is perfect and a bargain when it also includes the milk frother. Arrived with a set of pods too – a selection of Nespresso bestsellers.

I bought this coffee machine after trying a friends Nespresso coffee and was impressed with the flavour. I also wanted to replace my aging Tassimo machine.
What I like:
– the large variety of coffee pods to buy
– the ease to make a brew, lift the lid, drop the pod in, close and press the button
– looks good from certain angles (a lot of boring black plastic from the side)
– quieter than the Tassimo when operating
– I got a deal including some sample pods and a free Nespresso milk frother which I had to apply for separately (does not come with the coffee machine)
– double espressos are very good
What I don’t like:
– when you open the machine it drops the used pod into a storage bin on the side of the machine. When you empty this be careful as coffee dregs can tend to spill everywhere
– as previously mentioned a lot of black plastic that does not look or feel premium
– customer support when trying to get the milk frother was hit or miss
– the milk frother itself looks good but you only get luke warm milk
– don’t see the point in syncing the coffee machine to your wifi
– sometimes slow to get going

The machine is great. Unfortunately the App is difficult to use and better to set up on a computer rather an android phone. Capsules more expensive than original capsules, however, far better cup of coffee. Be careful ordering vertuo capsule from Amazon, Although quicker delivery there is a no returns policy so buyers beware. The Spring offer made the purchases a no brainer.
