Couldn’t get it to unscrew the bottom stops as it must have gotten damaged in transit though the parts weren’t in the actual location according to manual instructions from manufacturer. Awful experience

I am happy with the washing machine. I used two times after been installed two days ago. Services was fantastic, arrived in time, the people who delivered were brilliant, polite, very good workers, and fast, I am very satisfied. I hope the washing machine keep function well. Also I am happy with two years guaranty. Very good experience with all. They left me a QR code to leave feedback, but I don’t know how to do, so please use this I am writing as feedback for the two person that delivered the washing machine, and the instalation, etc, they were really good. Thank you

It’s been fine so far

First day of use, and it was crazy in relation to the noise made in the spin cycle… it seems that the machine was going to take off with so much movement, the machine walked around the kitchen alone, the noise made was so much that it even bothered my neighbor on the floor below mine… I had to stop using it immediately and waited for a solution from Amazon.
Delivery, unpacking, uninstalling and removal of old equipment is not worth the amount paid as the service providers did not complete the service completely.
Zero customer service from Amazon part.

My washing machine broke before Christmas so I ordered this one, it arrived today, smashed up, broken, unusable! Now I have to wait till the 5th Jan for it to be collected and won’t be refunded till the 6th Jan! When I’ve 3 kids and loads of washing piling up! Awful!!
