Good washer dryer overall menu quick and easy to use but some programs say its a 2h cycle then runs for 4h especially when drying

This would have been five stars if the instructions weren’t so hard to work out. The book doesn’t really explain everything you need but am sure over time I will work it out.
We also had connection and remove and they were incredible, so smooth and got us up and running in no time, these guys definitely get 5 stars.

I am just getting used to my Cyborg washing machine. I had not realised that it would have a digital read out. I now appreciate having a larger load capability and how good the dryer is. The machine gauges what is required and stops once things are dried. It has more wash modes than I will probably use.
I’m really happy with it.

Washer dryer works wonderfully as is very quiet

Only had this a couple of months of very careful use and have a number of issues:
1. The control panel feels a bit unsteady in its housing
2. The entire front of the machine is coming away from the back part at one corner
3. The programmes sometimes don’t end so the machine washes endlessly showing a different error every time
4. The fabric conditioner drawer has never emptied despite never being over-filled.
There are good points, it’s exceptionally quick and quiet. But I shall be returning this machine.

very poor quality .. engineer suspected a used refurbished was sold to me .. amazon can’t do anything as out of the 2yr warranty cover .. very disappointed with this seller

So easy to use. Once a program has started the machine measures the weight of the load and adjusts the washing time. BRILLIANT PRODUCT

I went for the delivery, installation and haul away service which cost me £50. The guys that delivered it were great, everything was done quicker than I expected and there were no problems when I did my first wash and dry.
The 1600 spin is pretty crazy, even with a perfectly level installation the machine will move about a bit and it’s a little noisy, I’m going to try the 1000 setting tomorrow to see what it’s like.
After the 1600 spin has finished the clothes will be stuck to the drum, so you’ll need to open the door and sort it out, but you’re better off taking the washing out of the machine and shaking it before drying anyway, it’ll dry quicker.
I did a 2 hour low heat drying session and one or two of the t-shirts that I washed weren’t COMPLETELY dry, but dry enough to be completely dry after hanging on a chair for a bit. When I do jeans or other heavy items I’ll try 3 hours drying time.
Very happy with my purchase, much better than my nearly 20 year old washer dryer that had packed in lol
