Really pleased with this vacuum cleaner โ light and powerful, does a great job. Very easy to use, empty, change attachments and clean filters. It seems to work so much better than other ones weโve owned from more well-known brands, at a much more affordable price. We did have a re-charging issue โ but the part was immediately replaced, no quibbles, and the customer support was terrific!

I haven’t used it much, but first impressions are really good, especially for the money compared to premium brands. Packaging excellent, feels good quality, suction good and does the job. For the money I really can’t complain, feels like it may take a while to complete the charge, battery seems to last OK, and it definitely picks up all the dirt out of hard floors and carpet. Status menu is really clear.
A few things that would make it better (haven’t reduced stars because I think for the price it’s understandable):
1. It is a little stiff to attach the upright pipe to vacuum
2. It would be amazing it there was a smaller fixed spinning attachment for the stairs, the large one works but isn’t the easiest to use on stairs because it twists and is large
3. Connections on wall bracket could match the vacuum connection as opposed to separate push in clip

Great value. Very light and manoeuvrable. Plenty of suction. On wooden floors and lightweight carpets, only have to use the lowest suction level. Easy to store and charge. The ‘spotlight’ is a revelation and much brighter than previous vacuums I’ve had. Even when used daily the amount of fluff, hair and general debris that is illuminated is staggering. This was all missed before and I feel that the house is cleaner now.

Suction seems good so far and it works on a hard floor better than other handheld vacuums Iโve used.
Light and very easy to use
I like the attachments as they are helpful
Itโs quiet
Filter easy to remove and clean
Cons
I have to charge after every use as it only lasts for rooms and then the battery is up
You need to use the ultra mode for it to suck properly the attachments are a bit of a pain to remove and replace

This is a well made item, easy to assemble although instructions are not very good, but obvious. Charges quickly but the charge does not last as long as they say. I would imagine about 20 minutes on low power and 10 on high power. That said, it picks up dirt and small pieces easily although it does not pick up cat fur. It has a small bin that holds about half-a-litre but is clear plastic and easy to empty. It is light to push along (probably because the brushes in the motorised head do not really scrape the carpet. This is good for a quick clean up but you would still need a proper hoover (we have a Shark) for thorough cleaning.

I bought this to replace my Dyson Animal vacuum cleanerโฆit was eating batteries ๐.
After using this for a few weeks there are number of things I like about this vacuum cleaner:
1. The trigger function is a good thing to have, switch it on with a simple squeeze and the unit runs until you click the trigger again for off. This may not sound like a big thing, but after using my old Dyson which you need to keep pressing the on button for the unit to run, becomes a little wearing on your hands, especially if you suffer from something like arthritis. ๐๐
2. It is really easy to use, empty and clean the vacuum cleaner, especially cleaning the filterโs and inside of the Dust cup.
3. The digital display screen is really helpful idea, this shows the amount of battery power left and your power setting.
4. The adjustable extension tubeโฆbig big plus right there๐
5. Letโs not forget to mention how quiet it runsโฆvery impressive.
There are number of good things I like about this vacuum cleanerโฆthe small digital light on the brush headโฆthis really shows up all the bits in tiny dark places ๐๐. After using it does feel that it much better built than the Dyson I used to have.
My only bug with this is the battery could have been betterโฆit does all the cleaning around the house no problem on a full charge and the fact you disconnect the battery to recharge is a bonus (so you can store the unit anywhere you want it without worrying if there is an electrical output nearby)โฆthe real issue I have is I do need to charge it quite regularly. I suppose this was done to help keep the price so lowโฆso itโs a bit of a pay off really and something I can easily live with ๐๐๐.
All in all Iโm very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this to my friends and family no problem.

The vacuumsโ performance on picking up dirt is really good and the attachments are handy. The biggest let down is how long the battery lasts. Most of my house is carpet and needs full power to effectively pick up debris. The battery simply does not last long enough to do a full clean which really lets this product down. It would be more suited to just doing a small room or a car etc
