For the price point (£90) a really surprisingly well designed and quality vacuum. The only downside I’ve found after a few weeks of DIY on a new flat is the short battery life. I haven’t timed it but I’d guess you only get around 5 mins total use on high power, and takes quite a while to recharge. I’m sure that’s enough for most people, but look out if you need more than that.

I bought this vacuum as my shark went missing in a move.
It was meant to be an interim vacuum.
Let me tell you! This vacuum is amazing! It works much better on hard floors than the shark,its lighter than the shark and I’m really impressed. I won’t be spending £300 on a shark again.
The only criticism is the battery takes 4 hours to charge and only lasts about 45 minutes when you clean.

The battery doesn’t last ages on full power but is more than good enough for my flat.
Customer service from Hisense has been excellent- a part was defect and they have replaced it immediately without an issue

Great for first few uses, but have to clean filter after every use. Even on hard floors it has started to redrop what it has suctioned up. Also dust bin tricky to empty and I am concerned it will snap eventually. In hindsight I would save for a better hoover, this buy was false economy, even on prime day prices.

Bought when our 5yr old Dyson died with the usual battery fault. Gambled with a much cheaper product but so far very impressed with size, quality, fittings and packed well when delivered. Charging station mounts nicely to the wall and so far 100% happy. Although perhaps could do with a medium sized head rather than the standard one for floors and the two edge and fabric tool. Would be better for doing the stairs. Would certainly recommend

Really wonderful hoover. It’s perfect and practical for me hoovering up after my little dog and love the dual function. It’s quiet compared to other hoovers which again is wonderful for my dog. Much more powerful than I was expecting and a great price.

This is a stylish machine, and while it is good on ‘flat’ carpet it is not good on wooden flooring. I have long haor and two cats. The hair and fur get caught up in the brush and I find I have to spend time removing this by hand. Emptying the bin is difficult if like me you have hand issues as it is very ‘tight’. I like the light on the brush as it shows the dust while you are moving the vacuum. The suction is not the best I find I have to keep the vacuum in one place before it actually picks up all the dust. For the price it is an ok vacuum, but I will be replacing it with a better machine with a better suction.
