I wanted a large display and so Purcheased larger (cheaper) sat navs, and whilst I was please with the size of the screen, I was not please with the performance so I returned them. I then purchased this more expensive item, with the smaller screen. Whilst I am very happy with the performance, I am not happy with the touch screen using my sausage fingers, I have never been able to input a single address with my fingers without having to do so several times, resulting in me also buying a stylus. I am a little bit befuddles as to why these devices are still so expensive when you get just as accurate information FREE on you mobile phone, the only problem there is that the battery of the phone take a bashing. Still I get what I pay for.

I was in Albania using an 8 year old GPS. Albania has lots of new roads so the screen showed us travelling across country far from any roads. I bought a new one but found out later that it was quite simple to update the old one but I have not yet been back to Albania to test it.

Easy to set up and use, Updated maps and registered product quickly without any fuss or problems. I haven’t driven much during lockdown but tested by known route and performed as I had hoped. Bought to replace an old garmin which I didn’t register in time so free updates were not available – could buy for £99 so thought to buy new sat nav instead. Make sure you register sat nav to ensure free map updates
