Bought due to my hetty finally giving up the ghost, I can’t not have a hoover, as I have pets, this is a nice little hoover, but is cheaply made, the suction isn’t bad, but trying to get pet hair off the stairs, it doesn’t cut it, the attachments that come with it, aren’t up to much, are also cheap, the lead is long enough to hoover one room, but doesn’t quite reach the top of my stairs to the landing, in all honestly I think this hoover is great if you just want one for upstairs, or have a one bedroom flat, the hose doesn’t hold well onto the telescopic part, will say it’s not that noisy, until you add the attachments on, I wouldn’t personally recommend this hoover, as soon as I can afford a better quality hoover I will, and this one will just be for bedrooms.

A great little hoover, has great suction. The only thing I can fault is th lead is not quite long enough.

I received a faulty motor which put my family’s lives at risk as the motor was about to catch fire after 5 mins of use. Luckily I had turned it off very fast. I spoke to the seller for a replacement and he is not willing to send a replacement/ solve this issue. Very disappointed with lack of customer service this seller provides thus do not buy this as don’t risk your family lives over a cheap £50 hoover, but most importantly don’t trust this seller as he still has not apologised to me and neither has he send out a replacement as promised. Buy from trusted sellers who take responsibility and replace faulty units. Trust me you will regret buying from this seller.

Was pleasantly surprised by how well this vacuum cleaner works. It has very good suction power, and is relatively light, making vacuum cleaning the staircase a breeze.
The additional heads for smaller spaces also works well as it should.
Only con would be that because the suction power is so strong, its a bit difficult to vacuum carpeted floors.

Given the price, I have to say this is a great little vacuum cleaner. Super lightweight and easy to move around. Suction works pretty well and I would recommend it for a smaller space such as a studio apartment. Feels sturdy. Pretty pleased with the build quality. Overall, would recommend if needed for cleaning, especially if on a hardwood/laminate floor.
The only downside is that the attachments could have been better thought out in regards to their design.
