TomTom only make excellent quality product, the antitheft addition is brilliant bit of design kit, remember, back in the day before Google maps etc, Garmin and TomTom were your go to satnav, now Garmin have or are moving away from Motorcycle Satnav to more sport satnav, like watches and other products, where TomTom have stayed with Motorcycle Satnav and have TomTom live, Bluetooth from your phone, brilliant product

Absolutely waste of money and time. Such a disappointment as I always used TomTom and was very happy with their products in the last ten years or more…definitely something goes wrong with this product., or its just me being unlucky?!?!
Tried to connect with two different iPhones and same issue occurred. (see video attached) Continuously cycling from connected, connecting and unable to connect again and again…
In fairness, the product I bought wasn’t new, the box was damaged and bits inside were used I suppose it was a returned item and put out for sale again with discount.. questionable if this product was a faulty in first place hence the price 🙁 Really gutted !!

The product itself is great but the phone app is very hit and miss with synchronising to the satnav.

i was suprised to find it also came with a handlebar fixing bracket, something which i didn,t notice in the product specs, luckily i didn,t order a fixing kit as well. I have bought another fixing kit, so i can use it on another bike. seems simple & easy to use but haven,t tried it out yet. seems expensive but specially made for m/cycles, lifetime updates etc & saves writing directions down, although i do that as a back up, as well as a road atlas, don,t know about battery life yet, seems chunky & sturdy though. i received it the day after it was dispatched, thought it might be late, but it wasn,t happy to recommend them

Great user friendly product which I use in the car too; just what I expect from Tomtom. Downsides; took me ages to set up the hands free with my phone, which may have been my error, but why can we only update via Wi-fi? This is fine but it seems to time out with the large updates. Need to leave it plugged into my pc for these so why not allow download of updates? Again may just be me. Overall though very happy, easy to see in all lights and works with my winter gloves. Shame the anti theft bits so expensive, but worth it for peace of mind on day out rides.

the motor bike Tom Tom is a very good and useful bit of kit. the fixing bracket is very solid and releases the Tom Tom easily and quickly for safe secure storage .No need to buy a locking system. The key board is very sensitive, but I think it is for setting with gloves on.

It could be a little better showing what turn you need to take some roads that are close means you only see one of them and will only know if you picked wrong afterwards.
