I’ve fully charged it as advised and it doesn’t move at all, not even a little bit just sits in the same spot and doesn’t pick up, very disappointed

This machine does not like edges . It gets stuck constantly and the brushes aren’t fast or strong enough to pick up a lot of crumbs . Very little in the bin . I’m constantly helping it to change direction .
